Another Medieval town built in a similar manner to Koper. The main part of the town is enclosed in what
was once the Diocletian Palace. We
entered the town through the basement vaults, which date back hundreds of years
and are still being excavated.
In the town and archipelago group were singing traditional songs,
they had found an ideal spot for the acoustics making their vocals something to
behold.
We found a local produce market selling some of the best fruit and
veggies you could wish for, we bought a Kg of fresh peaches (5 to the Kilogram),
which were delicious. I know, the photos not of peaches!!
Lunch and drinks on the foreshore with friends before setting sail
for Mykonos after another terrific day.
