Santorini (Greece)

Santorini is a beautiful place.  We started our day at a vineyard for some wine tasting at about 8am, yes 8am.   We then drove down to Oia (pronounced EE-ah) we were so lucky to be the first bus there, it was fantastic to walk around with virtually no other people about, that wasn’t to last long, before we knew it the place started to fill up with tourist.

We had about an hour and a half to just roam the small streets of Oia before returning to the bus and going on to Fira the main town.  There we did a bit of shopping and had lunch with a wonderful view looking out over the Caldera, and then eventually returned to the ship for a soak in the pool before sail-away.
